Deer Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer steak (1/4 or 1/2-inch)
    2 c. flour
    2 onions
    3 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Mix flour, onions and seasoning.
    Put butter in pan or foil. Sprinkle flour mixture on both sides of meat.
    Use plenty of butter.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Turn every 20 minutes or so.
