Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. yeast
    6 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    sesame seeds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Measure warm water into a large mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast and stir until it dissolves.
    Add salt, sugar and flour.
    Mix and knead dough. Get a small ball of dough and roll and twist into shapes. Grease cookie sheet, lay pretzel on cookie sheet.
    Brush pretzels with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
