Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Stir in the milk and bring to a boil.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. To make creamy frosting, cool Caramel Icing 10 minutes, then blend in 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar.
