Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together.
    Add flour and cinnamon. Mix together.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
