Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    3/4 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1/2 lb. oleo
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix fruit, pecans and 3/4 cup flour.
    Mix butter and sugar until smooth.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs and add to butter and sugar.
    Add the cup of flour, baking powder, salt and flavoring.
    Mix well, adding to fruit and pecan mixture.
    Bake in tube pan at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into cake.
