Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen cod or tilapia fish
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 c. seasoned, fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Coat baking pan with canola oil.
    Set aside.
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Rinse and dry with paper towels.
    Cut into 4-inch pieces.
