Belgian Beef And Beer Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. boneless beef stewing cubes
    1 (12 oz.) bottle beer
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. frozen chopped onion
    1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 (0.87 oz.) envelopes brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in the crock. Cover and cook on low 10 hours or on high 5 hours. Makes about 5 quarts.
