Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
10 large eggs or 1 doz. small
2 boxes chopped broccoli
2 cans mushrooms (stems and pieces)
2 deep dish pie shells
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix eggs and soup in separate bowl; cook meat and drain. Prepare broccoli and strain.
Place 1 cup cheese in each pie shell. Layer 1/2 meat over cheese, then broccoli.
Add 1 can drained mushrooms to each pie.
Pour evenly egg mix over each pie.
Shake lightly to blend.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
