Potato Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    thyme, salt, oregano and pepper to taste
    3 medium onions, sliced in rings
    2 sticks oleo
    1 box lasagna noodles
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    4 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    fresh parsley flakes
    8 servings instant potatoes
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo.
    Cook lasagna noodles.
    Cook instant potatoes.
    Put sauteed onions with spices, oleo, 2 eggs, 8 ounces Ricotta cheese and potatoes.
    Mix 4 ounces Ricotta cheese with grated Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Set aside.
    In ungreased pan layer potato mix, noodles, then cheese mix. Alternate, ending with potato mix.
    Can add 2 tablespoons milk per layer if you want added moistness.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
