Sunny Green Pepper Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green peppers, cut in half and seeds removed
    1/2 lb. process cheese, cubed
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained (12 oz. can)
Preparation
    Parboil green peppers for 5 minutes; drain.
    Reserve 1/2 cup process cheese.
    Combine remaining process cheese, corn and tomato.
    Spoon mixture into peppers.
    Top with reserved process cheese and crumbs, tossed with butter.
    Place peppers in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
    Serves 6.
