Platte Country Pie (Chocolate Chip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
Add flour, sugar and continue beating for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla, butter, nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 60 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or at room temperature.
