Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lo-cal Italian dressing
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. dry red wine
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steaks
Preparation
    Must be a standing rib, good beef and cannot be frozen before cooking.
