Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk or chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 c. peas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch dish and let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serves 10.
    (Recipe can be cut in half.)
