Reuben Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 slices rye bread cut into quarters, or 24 mini party breads
cooking spray to coat bread
1/4 c. bottled thousand island dressing, adjust to taste
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 24 pieces
1/4 lb. cooked corned beef brisket, cut into 24 pieces
1 c. sauerkraut, drained

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place rye bread on baking sheet.
Coat each piece of bread with cooking spray.
Spread 1/2 tsp. dressing on each piece of bread.
Layer each with a piece of Swiss cheese and corned beef and 2 tsp. sauerkraut.
Bake 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Yields 24 small Reubens.
