Nut Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. margarine or butter
4 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
butter or margarine
brown sugar
nuts
cinnamon
Preparation

Combine dry yeast and water in small bowl.
In another bowl, blend butter (margarine) and flour as in pie dough.
Add eggs, milk and sugar to the middle of the dough mixture.
Add yeast mixture and blend.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Separate dough into three or four portions.
Roll in circle very thin. Spread with butter (not too much or it will run out and burn), brown sugar and nuts.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up as for jelly roll and place on cookie sheet forming a ring.
Cut to 1/2 inch from bottom in 1 1/2 inch wide pieces.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Frost top, if desired.
