Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice or extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
10 tart shells
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice; mix well.
Divide coconut and pecans into tart shells.
Pour egg mixture over tart shells.
Place on cookie sheets to bake.
Don't overfill.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
