Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic and pepper
cheese (enough to your desire)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour; mix.
Add milk.
Chip the cheese you desire in the mixture (I prefer Velveeta cheese).
Cook slowly until smooth and thick.
This comes out good in microwave.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper.
