Egg Drops For Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat the eggs; add water, salt and flour.
Mix until smooth. Put on a plate, using a teaspoon scrape a little at a time into boiling salted water.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Drain in colander and rinse with cold water.
