Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin or round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. onions, coarsely diced
    12 oz. Heinz Homestyle mushroom gravy
    2 Tbsp. red wine (optional)
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    hot buttered noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add onions; cook until limp.
    Stir in gravy, wine and tomato paste; season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; simmer 10 to 20 minutes, or until meat is tender.
    Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
    Slowly stir in sour cream.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
