Sweet Potato Nut Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
chopped pecans

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Blend in margarine, salt, flour and sugar.
Form into logs and roll in chopped pecans.
Place in a greased, shallow pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
