Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    3 c. raw cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Put eggs in blender with onion, salt, flour, baking powder and 1/2 c. cubed potatoes. Cover, process at liquefy until smooth. Add remaining potatoes; cover and process two cycles at grind. Pour onto hot well greased griddle. Drain on absorbent paper. Yield 12 pancackes.
