Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7/8 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. water
    4 Tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar, flour, water, nuts and vanilla. Measure 1 teaspoon, roll and shape into balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Roll in sifted powdered sugar while cookies are still warm.
    Makes 3 dozen.
