Mardi Gras Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    4 c. sour cream
    12 oz. mild green chiles, chopped
    2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. peeled boiled shrimp
    1 pkg. frozen crab meat
    paprika
    butter
Preparation
    Prepare rice, then stir in sour cream, salt, chiles and cheese. Mix well. Add seafood; mix again. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
