Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. onion
    3/4 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1/2 stick oleo (I do not use it; for cardiac diets)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. herb seasoned croutons or equal amount of Stove Top dressing
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil carrots a couple minutes; add zucchini and onion.
    Boil until carrots are nearly done, not mushy.
    Drain.
    Mix soup and sour cream; add to vegetables.
    Butter casserole; melt small amount of oleo and mix with croutons or Stove Top.
    Put half of this in casserole.
    Add soup and vegetable mix.
    Top with rest of croutons or Stove Top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
