Self-Crust Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix flour and eggs.
    Add to well beaten eggs.
    Add milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well. Grease 9-inch pie pan with butter.
    Pour mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
    Pie will rise while baking, but will fall while cooling.
