Quick Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. orange flavoring
    4 navel oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 c. canned pineapple chunks
    2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
    1/3 c. sweetened shredded or flaked coconut
Preparation
    In bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. Top with coconut. Refrigerate.
