Zuppa Inglese(Nancy'S Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. carton Ricotta
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped cream
    1 pkg. ladyfingers or a pound cake
    approximately 3 to 4 c. mixed fresh fruit, sweetened (if needed)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. dark rum or brandy
Preparation
    In food processor, blend well Ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream and eggs.
    Mix in pudding (just add dry to the cheese mixture).
    Add the Cool Whip.
