Sesame Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. linguine
    1/4 c. Chinese sesame oil
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic or a bit more
    1/2 c. minced watercress
    1 tsp. hot chili oil or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook linguine to al dente stage. Drain well and toss with remaining ingredients. Chill salad for several hours or overnight.
