Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shuck corn.
    Wash and remove silk.
    After cutting the kernels in half with a sharp knife, cut kernels with the blunt side of the knife.
