Dutch Baby Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Delicious apple, peeled and cut into very thin slices
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly beat flour, milk, egg, juice and salt.
    Melt butter in 9-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Pour mixture into pan and arrange apples over top.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden and puffy.
    Sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
