Fire Dept. Marinated Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. London broil (cheapest cut)
1 (10 oz.) jar honey
1 (10 oz.) jar soy sauce
1 tsp. powdered garlic

Preparation

Using a fork, poke steak many times on both sides.
Place steak in closeable marinating dish.
