Baked Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    2 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    whole cloves
    1 (6 oz.) can apricot nectar
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 325\u00b0.
    Combine sugar and allspice.
    Spoon mixture evenly over top of ham all around sides.
    Place ham in shallow baking dish.
    Pour apricot nectar around ham.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan liquid.
