Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
    1 c. corn, cooked (whole kernel), drained
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl; add milk, oil and corn.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Fold in eggs (well beaten). Cook on griddle.
    Turn, browning both sides.
