Very Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 small jars or 2 junior jars baby food carrots
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and baby food carrots.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Mix well.
Fold in nuts.
