Ingredients

1 lb. low-fat part-skim Mozzarella, shredded
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced green peppers
2 c. diced onion
1 c. sliced black olives
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 recipe Louis Abate's pizza dough
2 c. Louis Abate's tomato sauce
Preparation

Once dough has risen for the second time, punch down and knead lightly.
Pat and stretch dough to cover bottom and about 1 1/2 inches up sides of a greased, heavy 10-inch cast-iron frying pan or deep dish pizza pan or a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Dough will shrink back at first but keep working it.
Cover with tomato sauce, Mozzarella and the vegetables.
Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Bake on bottom rack for 10 minutes or until crust is browned.
