Dad'S Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round or lean chuck
1 (5 oz.) wedge Romano cheese, grated
1 sleeve or 1/4 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 level tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients until well blended and fry in 10 or 12-inch skillet to which 1 tablespoon of cooking oil has been added, adding more as needed while frying.
Makes approximately 40 to 45 large meatballs.
Can be eaten as is or combined with spaghetti sauce for pasta.
