Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope soup mix (flavor of your choice)
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour in roasting pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 8 servings.
