Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. water chestnuts (optional)
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 box Escort crackers, crushed
Preparation

Place chicken in bottom of casserole.
Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water chestnuts.
Pour over top of chicken.
Sprinkle poppy seed over top.
Crush Escort crackers and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or microwave 15 to 20 minutes.
