Pickled Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sliced onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 medium zucchini
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except zucchini into a jar and shake well. Slice zucchini into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices and add to brine. Refrigerate 5 hours.
    Keeps well in refrigerator 1 week.
