Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 zucchini (1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
6 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. ground veal, cooked and drained
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1 egg
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
tomato sauce
Preparation

Split zucchini lengthwise.
Scoop out center flesh, leaving shell 1/2 inch thick.
Cook shells in microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes, covered.
Let stand 5 minutes; drain well.
