Layered Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
cheese slices (if desired)
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Place half of mixture in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Add layer of stuffing.
Top with remaining meat mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
Top with cheese slices if desired and return to oven long enough for cheese to melt.
