Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans sweet potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
8 oz. chopped and pitted dates
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Drain and mash sweet potatoes.
Mix with butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs and dates.
Pour in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
