Fraiche A'La Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Wash and hull strawberries.
Mix with \"creme fraiche\" (recipe follows) and refrigerate until serving time.
Looks pretty in champagne glasses with sprig of mint.
