Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. plain flour, sifted
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks oleo or butter
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Melt butter.
Mix in other ingredients.
Put dough in a cookie press; use star blade.
Place long strips on cookie sheet.
Bake about 12 minutes at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Do not overcook.
