Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 medium cooked potato, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, but lightly.
    Form into small egg shaped patties and fry in deep fat for 7 or 8 minutes or until golden brown.
