Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 medium apples, peeled and chopped fine
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
1 c. raisins and nuts
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Mix flour and cinnamon together in large bowl. Add oil, apples and vanilla.
Beat by hand the egg yolks until light in color. Add slowly the sugar, continually to beat. Fold in egg whites. Add nuts and raisins. Pour in Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
