Homemade Peanut Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shelled peanuts
    1/4 c. peanut or safflower oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Remove shells from peanuts to make 2 cups of nuts.
    Process nuts in an electric blender until powdery, then gradually add up to 1/4 cup of peanut or safflower oil, one tablespoon at a time, blending completely. Stop blender from time to time to push the peanuts into the center.
    When the peanut butter is the consistency you like, stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and about 1 teaspoon honey to heighten the flavor.
    Store in covered container.
