Angie'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 c. rice
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning and sage.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Brown chicken in margarine with mushrooms and onion.
    When chicken is almost fully cooked, add soup and water.
    Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add rice and simmer for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
