Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. milk
dash of nutmeg
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar in bowl.
Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla.
Stir in milk gradually.
Sprinkle nutmeg over batter. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until pie shell is good and brown and mixture is set.
Remove from oven.
Cool for 1 hour. Serve.
