Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes (to top)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Peel and slice potatoes very thin. Place potatoes in dish with melted margarine. Add salt and pepper. Stir so all potatoes are covered with butter. Combine grated cheese and corn flakes in a Ziploc bag and shake. Pour on top of potatoes. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with foil to keep cheese from burning and remove foil the last few minutes of baking.
